Women Empowerment must
Seven Month’s, since withdrawal of BLM second stage rotated to the public. Along the way we, UPK Menuju Sejahtera can learn more about the process of community empowerment. One simple conclusion can we mentioned though very far from the impression of scholarship, that until now people still have not completely helpless, and this is reasonable because empowerment is a process of finding the noble values of a nation that has been lost. Best Practice: Para Wanita Yang Menggerakkan KSM
Prolog:
Pagi Awal Ramadhan, setelah menunaikan Sholat Subuh saya dan beberapa teman jalan-jalan ke sebelah Selatan Kampung Kami. Jalanan masih sepi, dingin mencucuk menusuk tulang, udara walahpun lembab namun terasa begitu kering karena kemarau. Konon menurut penuturan dari BMG cuaca tahun ini akan tidak menentu, kadang panas berkepanjangan namun akan disusul oleh hujan terus-terusan.
Dari arah selatan, bias kami lihat kelebat beberapa orang sedang berjalan kea rah kami, berlawanan dengan arah kami berjalan. Semakin dekat kelebat itu bias kami tangkap, ada empat orang wanita memakai caping, menggendong wadah ( tolok ), memakai pakaian sederhana dan sama sekali tidak mencerminkan aroma kesusahan, berbicara wajar, renyah , dan penuh tawa. Ya, mereka adalah para ibu rumah tangga yang akan pergi ke pasar, mereka adalah para penjual sayur. Dan semakin bahagialah saya karena dua orang di antara mereka adalah ketua dan anggota KSM Mawar Janah. Sapaan hangat keluar dari kami dan djawab dengan sangat sederhana oleh mereka.
Wanita Harus Berdaya
Tujuh Bulan Sudah, Sejak pencairan BLM tahap ke-dua digulirkan kepada masyarakat. Selama itu pula kami, UPK Menuju Sejahtera bias belajar lebih banyak tentang proses pemberdayaan Masyarakat. Satu simpulan sederhana bias kami kemukakan meskipun sangat jauh dari kesan keilmiahan, bahwa sampai saat ini masyarakat masih belum berdaya secara utuh, dan ini memang wajar karena pemberdayaan adalah sebuah proses pencarian nilai-nilai luhur bangsa yang telah hilang. Salah satu belum berdayanya masyarakat adalah para wanita sebagai tiang Negara masih belum terlibat secara total di hampir seluruh program pemberdayaan masyarakat.
Untuk menjawab permasalahan diatas, Kami UPK Menuju Sejahtera bersama teman-teman para actor pemberdayaan di masyarakat berusaha semaksimal mungkin untuk menjadikan para wanita sebagai subjek pemerdayaan yang bias bersentuhan secara langsung di masyarakat, dan ini terbukti dengan dilbatkannya para wanita dalam setiap kegiatan di PNPM Mandiri Perkotaan Ini.
Sebagai contoh sederhana saja, dari 27 KSM yang telah mendapatkan bantuan pinjaman modal bergulir hampir 85 % pengelola, Ketua KSM-nya adalah para wanita. Tujuh bulan sebelumnya kami telah mengajak kepada kader-kader posyandu, sebaba bagaimana pun juga sampai saat ini pekerja social masyarakat yang masih eksis keberadaan dan dapat dilihat militansinya adalah para kader posyandu. Walhasil, merekapun ikut terlibat langsung di program pemberdayaan masyaraakt ini. Satu tantangan lain dari kami adalah, para actor yang terlibat langsung di PNPM, BKM dan UPK masih memperlihatkan kekurang ajegan mereka dalam memahami apa makna dan seperti apa sebenarnya pemberdayaan di masyarakat ini?
Selama tujuh bulan ini, Kami sudah bias mengambil hipotesis awal, masyarakat bias berdaya ketika para pinpinan/ ketua yang ada di sebuah wilayah pun berdaya dan siap menggerakkan masyarakatnya ke arah yang lebih berdaya. Dan kami , UPK Menuju Sejahtera, dengan melihat kolektibilitas serta ketepatan waktu yang dilakukan oleh beberapa KSM dalam melakukan angsuran telah menemukan beberapa KSM yang memang ingin berdaya, KSM tersebut antara lain; KSM Kenanga, KSM Kemuning. KSM Anda, dan KSM Mawar Janah. Untuk saat ini kami cenderung mengambil KSM Mawar Janah sebagai KSM unggulan, bukan dari segi ketepatan cicilan saja juga kami nilai dari ketepatan sasaran dan penggunaan modal bergulir ini.
Sekilas Tentang KSM Mawar Janah
KSM ini dibentuk oleh Masyarakat Pangkalan RW 06. KSM yang diketuai oleh Ibu Janah ini mengajukan pinjaman bergulir kepada UPK tujuh bulan yang lalu, dan Alhamdulillah setelah melalui proses verifikasi kami bias memberikan dana bergulir itu kepada kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat yang menamakan diri KSM Mawar ini.
Ya, sesuai berjalannya waktu, cicilan demi cicilan pun dilakukan dan selama itu pula kami melakukan pengawasan kepada KSM-KSM yang tersebar di wilayah Kelurahan Sudajayahilir. KSM Mawar Janah ini selalu tepat waktu dalam melakukan cicilina. Mohon maaf, penilaian kamu tidak dimaksudkan untuk memandang sebelah mata KSM-KSM lain karena pada saatnya nanti KSM lain pun akan kami jadikan Best Practice.
